NOTE:
Now
that we've moved up the the Tree through the spheres of Malkuth, Yesod and Hod
take a look at the color attributions of the spheres through the 4 worlds. There
is an interesting pattern and cross relationship that carries through with the
thought that the Tree occurs simultaneously in multiple replications of itself
within each of the spheres.
In the
Assiac world yellow and Gold run through each of the spheres thus far. And at
the level of Atziluth, Malkuth and Netzach share a base of yellow (amber is
yellow and brown) and Yesod and Hod each have a deep red undertone - Indigo
being red and blue and violet purple being red, blue and a touch of yellow in
base. See how many cross connections you can make...

Atziluth – the
Creative Urge
The Supreme Lord of Life
Deity of
Beauty and Love
Egyptian:
Hathor- Lady of Music, the Arts and Love
Greek - Aphrodite -
Goddess of Love
In the sphere of Hod, Atziluth is exemplified in the
archetypical energy of those deity who provide the the
essence of thought and idea in its most pure and abstract
sense. To balance and refine this purer thought,
Netzach offers the place of the Orphic Path. Intellect
without the balance and containment of emotion seeds the
potential for dogma and irreverence and disregard for the
human aspects and needs. This aspect of creative urge
fosters the yearning and desire for union of the mind and
the heart at a mid point where each is fed and nurtured by
the other and the downpour of manifest progeny can begin.
As exemplified by the Aphrodite, love is the basis of all
creation. It is in love that the Divine split in the
polarized outpour of male and female, mind and heart. It is
love that the we find the elements needed to soar above our
own limited personality and it is love that if mind or
rationale and heart or feeling are co-joined and working
collaboratively that we bring the highest form of this
combined effort into being.
Briah – Creation of a
Concept- Archangel
Archangel Haniel
"Glory of God"
The Archangel
Haniel is associated with lunar energies and our natural
instincts, passions and creative urge. Haniels' work is to
bring us to the place of recognizing our own beauty and
divinity within. This is the lesson of the ehart and the
balance of duality through polarization. This occurs. with
the work of synthesis between the Hod and Netzach, mind and
heart. As the greater light and beauty is revealed than we
see more clearly the place we have as manifest reflections
of the Gods and Goddesses. Healing is also one of the
attributes of Haniel. Healing at the level of transforming
what was cut away by the sword of Michael in the sphere of
Hod.
Yetzirah – Forming
the Image of the concept
Angels –
Elohim - Gods
Netzach is the life force that gives essence to what would
otherwise be only lifeless form and reason. With Netzach's
energy of the Elohim - the Gods who sired the
progeny of the Beni Elohim (sons of the Gods )-
working in conjunction with and natural emanation into the pure
intellect of Hod , thought now has a "reason" to come to life.
"All of these
"children", however, are the result of the polarizing
effects of the union of male and female energy
constructs. These are Divine thoughtforms, born of
polarized Divine consciousness that have come down to a
place of being more readily available to the expanded
human consciousness."
This life force is the
result of the multiple paths or facets of expression in
Netzach of the One source of Divinity. This Singular Source
has within this sphere moved to an expression through the
many and varied Gods. At this level the One has become many.
With this thought comes the opportunity for multiple levels
of connection to this sphere. Each facet is unique and
highly specialized in its energy, and because of this the
energies of emotion and feeling must be utilized as the
selective and driving urge towards union.
Assiah –
The World of Expression-Planetary
Venus
Nogah
The planet Venus was called phosphorus by the Greeks
which means "Lightbearer" and Nogah in Hebrew
which means "The Shiner". Venus shines most
brightly in the sky in the morning.
In the Assiatic World, Netzach is the light that
illuminates and refines the mind stream of Hod.
Enlivening and empowering it to reach its fullest
potential of expression. Just as Venus is at its
brightest at the beginning of the day, Netzach is the
first impulse and place of outpour towards the illumined
mind. It is both the light that shines at the beginning
of the ascent up the Tree- having drawn the energies of
pure thought from Hod towards un-manifest form and just
before the carefully constructed mind of ideas on the
descent downward towards the filtering energies of Yesod.
